MEET THE COACH
I didn't set out to become a trainer who only works with women. I set out to help people build strength but after 17 years in the fitness industry, competing in natural bodybuilding, running a gym in Philadelphia, training hundreds of clients I realized something that changed everything.
The people who needed help most were being harmed by the very system designed to help them.
Women in their 30s and 40s would come to me exhausted, stressed, and disconnected from their bodies. They'd tried everything; Peloton, meal plans, fitness classes, and they all had the same story: "I start strong, then life gets crazy, and I fall off. I'm so tired of failing." But they weren't failing. The approach was failing THEM.
Every program assumed they had unlimited energy, unlimited time, and unlimited capacity.
When their nervous system was already maxed out from work, family, and life adding more intensity didn't build strength. It compounded stress.
That's when I shifted everything for me. I stopped training people like machines that just needed better programming. I started working with their nervous system first strength training second.
I built Elite ID Fitness as a space where women don't have to fight. Where rest isn't weakness. Where your body isn't a problem to fix it's a home to return to.
This approach is rooted in values I learned growing up in a multi-religious household: That all paths deserve respect. That reducing suffering matters more than achieving aesthetics. That compassion starts with how you treat yourself.
I practice what I teach. I meditate daily. I prioritize my own nervous system regulation. I believe that if I show up dysregulated I bring that energy into the space and the women I work with deserve better.
I'm ISSA-certified but more than credentials I'm someone who watched my father nearly die from a stroke brought on by decades of "pushing through." I decided that day I would never glorify self-destruction again.
